Absolute Antigen Quantification
QuantCyte™ quantitation controls are precision engineered synthetic cell mimics designed to quantify antigen molecules per cell and support consistent expression benchmarking across research and development workflows. Each kit includes multiple defined antigen density levels that generate distinct fluorescence intensities, enabling accurate calibration and direct measurement of antibody binding capacity without requiring knowledge of fluorophore molecules per antibody.Measured intensities can be incorporated into the provided Antigen Density Calculator to generate a signal to antigen standard curve, supporting quantitative readouts on cell targets using the same instrumentation and antibody. Unlike biospecimen‑derived materials, QuantCyte quantitation controls provide stable antigen presentation and eliminate the variability associated with donor cells.
