SpectraComp® Controls are precision engineered single stain cell mimics designed to optimize spectral unmixing and compensation in multiparameter flow cytometry workflows. These controls mimic the staining performance of real cells and provide positive and negative fluorescence peaks after staining with fluorescently conjugated antibodies. Each control captures antibodies from mouse, rat and hamster sources, supporting broad panel compatibility and diverse fluorophore selections. With high fluorescence response and cell like autofluorescence, SpectraComp delivers superior signal to noise resolution and reduces errors associated with spectral overlap. Its consistent fluorescence intensity and physiologically relevant scatter characteristics outperform traditional polystyrene based beads while preserving the behavior of cell based controls. SpectraComp is suitable for spectral unmixing or conventional compensation and is supplied as a single vial containing both positive and negative capture mimics for streamlined workflows. SpectraComp® eGFP Controls are precision engineered multi level fluorescent cell mimics designed to support accurate unmixing, compensation and calibration of GFP signals in multiparameter flow cytometry workflows. These controls present eGFP protein on the particle surface and provide negative, low, medium and high fluorescence populations that mimic the performance of eGFP expressing cells. SpectraComp® Flex Multipeak Controls are precision engineered hydrogel based single stain controls designed to support accurate compensation, spectral unmixing and fluorescence standardization in multiparameter flow cytometry workflows. These hydrogels capture antibodies from mouse, rat, hamster and rabbit sources and provide three defined levels of antibody binding — negative, medium and high — enabling multi level reference signals that mimic the fluorescence spectra of stained cells across multiple antigen density levels. With the consistent fluorescence intensity, cell-like autofluorescence and broad antibody species compatibility characteristic of all SpectraComp Controls, SpectraComp Flex Multipeak outperforms traditional bead based tools and reduces errors associated with spectral overlap. Each kit includes a negative bottle containing a 100% negative population and a positive bottle containing a 50% high and 50% medium population. After staining with fluorescently conjugated antibodies, the hydrogels yield a fluorescence histogram with two positive peaks and one negative peak, supporting clear fluorophore performance assessment and reliable single stain reference signals for compensation and unmixing.
