These hydrogels capture antibodies from mouse, rat, hamster and rabbit sources and provide three defined levels of antibody binding — negative, medium and high — enabling multi level reference signals that mimic the fluorescence spectra of stained cells across multiple antigen density levels. With the consistent fluorescence intensity, cell-like autofluorescence and broad antibody species compatibility characteristic of all SpectraComp Controls, SpectraComp Flex Multipeak outperforms traditional bead based tools and reduces errors associated with spectral overlap. Each kit includes a negative bottle containing a 100% negative population and a positive bottle containing a 50% high and 50% medium population. After staining with fluorescently conjugated antibodies, the hydrogels yield a fluorescence histogram with two positive peaks and one negative peak, supporting clear fluorophore performance assessment and reliable single stain reference signals for compensation and unmixing.
