ScatterBridge® Scatter Controls are a precision engineered synthetic hydrogel reference control designed to standardize forward and side scatter across flow cytometry instruments. Each vial contains nine distinct hydrogel populations that form a 3×3 grid when plotted on FSC and SSC, spanning scatter coordinates representative of biologically relevant samples. This structure supports consistent calibration, linearity checks and long‑term performance tracking across instruments and sites.
ScatterBridge can be used to align scatter settings between instruments, optimize FSC and SSC detection and recalibrate scatter following major instrument service.
As synthetic, non-biohazardous materials, they require no special handling or disposal.
