Thank you for shopping with Slingshot Biosciences. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders for our products. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receipt, subject to product availability. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second notification when your order has shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. Slingshot Biosciences is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 US states. The following shipping options are available for domestic orders:
- Standard Shipping (FedEx Ground / UPS Ground): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (FedEx 2Day / UPS 2nd Day Air): 2 business days
- Overnight Shipping (FedEx Priority Overnight / UPS Next Day Air): 1 business day
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — please check current promotions at checkout.
3. International Shipping
Slingshot Biosciences ships to select international destinations through our authorized distributor network. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
International shipping timelines vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are typically 5–14 business days, though customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our control. 4. Cold Chain & Specialty Shipping
Certain Slingshot Biosciences products require temperature-controlled shipping to maintain product integrity. These products are shipped with appropriate cold chain packaging (e.g., dry ice or gel packs) and via overnight or expedited carriers to ensure quality upon arrival.
Cold chain shipments will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout. We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive these shipments promptly. Slingshot Biosciences is not responsible for product degradation resulting from delays caused by failed delivery attempts or improper storage after delivery.
5. Shipping Restrictions
All Slingshot Biosciences products are for research use only (RUO). Export of our products is subject to applicable US export control laws and regulations. By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to US trade sanctions and that you will comply with all applicable export regulations.
We reserve the right to decline orders to certain destinations or entities at our discretion in compliance with applicable laws.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your order is picked up by the carrier.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all original packaging materials, as they may be required for carrier claims.

8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our biological research products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact our customer support team within 5 business days of receipt. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or credit.
